This course provides a great foundation in office support skills for working within a team. You will get the training to be able to handle most tasks, like diary scheduling, inputting spreadsheet data, keyboard skills, designing simple documents/presentations, and communicating effectively.

Time to take a step up from a junior role or changing career?

With this mid-level course, you will gain the knowledge and technical skills to work in varied business administration roles. Learn how to organise travel, implement workplace information systems, develop complex spreadsheets, promote products, and analyse/present research data.

Possible roles on completion:

Sales Support, Office Administrator, Executive PA, or Project Officer.

Is it time you moved into management?

This full year’s course (or 36 weeks in tuition class) will give you high-level business management skills. Start understanding how to plan for and manage people and lead organisational change. Electives of interest include: marketing planning, advertising, managing finances or market research.

International: You can take this course as face-to-face classes or as Online Learning.

Domestic students: You can take this course as Online Learning.
